Haiku-Blind Man

Rating: 5.0
Blind man by a zoo
Gibbon calls, blind man wonder
Is it dawn or dusk?

Note-Gibbons will only call in the early morn,
and once more when night is about to fall.

Poor man! How the blind miss the sight of the day growing from dawn to dusk! They identify things through sounds! When they hear the chirping of birds, they assume it is dawn! When the hear the sound of crickets, they imagine it is dusk! Better call it a Senryu than a Haiku!
