I'M Happy - Poem by Mark Normand

Go away my pain and sorrow.
If you must come back tomorrow.
Today I need to think of something
happy.
I know the blue skies will all
turn grey.
The happy days all have to fade away.
Until all the darkness gets washed
away with springs new rain.
And the good times will come around
once more again.
Until then please let me do with
out the pain.

I have read three poems of yours so far all dealing with loneliness. All perfectly written. This is a theme I have also explored in some of my poems. I will come back for more. (Report)Reply

Positive and upbeat. Good for you! Deal with tomorrow when it arrives, but enjoy today. Be happy. (Report)Reply
