L.I.F.E - Poem by aurora bauer

Our world used to be peaceful,
gentle and kind.
As time went on,
to kindness we've gone blind.
Everybody is an enemy,
we've stooped to new lows.
The wars go on,
the cause, who knows?
Letters have been written,
songs have been sung.
Fields have been harvested,
and beels have been rung.
Letters aren't read,
songs never sung.
Fields grow wild,
bells haven't rung.
Chldren stopped playing,
woman start to cry.
Men are all solemn,
why oh why?
Our world is ever changing,
it never stays the same.
Some people take life,
like its a game.
