Life Is Like A Painting - Poem by C.N.Premkumar (love poems, Veda of love, Life and love)

Life is like a painting
We can not satisfy
Every viewer

Someone will say
It is abstract
And for another
It is collage

Some may say
It is cubism
Or Impressionism
Or Surrealism

But no one will say
It is absurd

Life is like a painting
We can not satisfy
Every viewer

I agree with your logic in the poetry. We do create a canvas of life by living. A amazing poem. (Report)Reply

Beautiful, and you are right...as i am a painter myself (not the professional one haha) i do understand and how i agree with you in every words and thought you poured here. We are artist of our own that sometimes people dont understand about our life/art but we do, we know each colour that placed in every inch...we do live not to please others because we also have our own vision not stereotype view, . Very adroit perception, great rhythm and rhyming. Subtle, but beautiful portrait of the creative world as being purportedly unique. Enjoyed the simplistic manner in which you described each type of art! Great poem! Thank you for sharing. RoseAnn (Report)Reply

Are but there in lies the beauty for life is at times absurd interesting yes but absurd nevertheless. We are each a beauty in our way but we shouldn't expect to be liked by everyone. Nice write Sir: O) BB (Report)Reply

People see the world, and art, as they are. The perspective of one is such a little thing....nobody seems to notice that it should be. The real strength is in numbers.....that's why I love art and poetry. The one place where everybody gets to be right.
    I love your poems: -)
