Life/Normal - Poem by Punk Nona

Don't try to fool me
with things like logic...
I think it's a way of bending
to an everyman's world.

Be carefree. Let loose.
Forget rules and boundries.. what use are they,
really? So what
You party all night.
You'll make it through work.
So what if you're late almost every single day
everyone will get over it in some way.
We're more that these little routines....
We're more than mundane patterns.
There is more to our evolutionary process
than dealines and coffee breaks.
Too many of us are so busy trying to make a living
That we forget to LIVE.
