Limerick: Once A Born Blind Man Was Promised Full Sight - Poem by T Wignesan

Limerick: Once a born blind man was promised full sight

For Dr. Patricia Weiler, Centre Point Vision

Once a born blind man was promised full sight
By an ophthalmologist fully tight
Two slits and dabs all told
Saw in wonderful world –
Beauty Contest: gouged his own eyes outright.

A delightful Limerick, I like your Villanelle's too. Good ink (Report) Reply

Hi David! Thanks very much for the comment. These are down your very own lane, I suspect. Which villanelle? Unless the apostrophe is a slip of the fingers. I'm certain you meant the one about the State.
? Here's seeing you on the hunt… Every good wish. Wignesan
