Mommy - Poem by Heather Anderson

mommy mommy where'd you go
i can't see you its so cold
The dark figures take your shape
Why are you beginning to hate

Mommy mommy help me please
Help me erase this terrible disease
Its spreading throughout my life like the blood in my veins
I can't walk cause of all these pains

Mommy mommy I'm crying tears
Please come release all these fears
You left me in the forest to rot
you know i couldn't survive you know i could not

Mommy mommy look at me
look at this i got my GED
on my way off to college
but you won't even achknowledge

Mommy mommy look at here
I did it without you i have no
Now I know who i am
But I don't think I'll see you ever again
