Nobody Listens - Poem by Dave Alan Walker

They pray on
hidden eyes that cry silent tears
they pray on
hidden dreams that cry silent hope

They look for the vulnerable
mostly the young
they know they can shape them
to become silent victims

You can't stop them
nobody listens until years after
when it's all been done

Nobody wants to listen, it would seem - we need to listen to our inner voice, our intuition. Another superb write Dave. (Report) Reply
