Pray And Rest - Poem by Michael P. McParland
I love you and I miss you,
please come pray with me for
peace and full understanding.
I will not fight and cause
the woman I love further pain.
Then let us climb into bed
and hold each other tight and close
for rest that is so needed for us.
Please let me hold you tight
and with a kiss from my heart
and very soul say I love you Kira dear.
Come pray with me for peace and understanding,
then a rest in each others arms being
soothed by classical music and each others breathing.
I love you darling more than anything.
I need you by me for eternity.
You are my Angel and only one,
please come pray with me and rest together
in true love wraped up in each others arms.
