Something Fun Like Money - Poem by A.j. Binash

Office-Life
Like the kind heart whimper
Of worker pulse

Fluttering
While original blame is filed
In HR
written in bold letters
On imported computer paper

How dare I?
Write poetry through the math
Of accounting woe

When the problem is word
Or more
Lean back on thy desk chair
With the Blue Tooth multi-task
Of deciphering accents
And never speaking out about greed
Never
Stop
Paying attention

Or foreign investors
(With pockets that rattle
From the.10%
They saved
From investing in slave labor overseas)
Will buy your worth in coke
Made by the slave hands
Of
Office-Death
