Sweet Good Morning Kisses To My True Love - Poem by Michael P. McParland

Sweet sweet good morning kisses to you
my one and only true love as I rise
from a rather restless night of sleep.
Just one of those nights where the body
refuses to fully settle down.
I wake up with brightness though
in my heart mind and soul
as I am thinking of you and have Falco playing in my head
and all things with you are so truly beautiful
as is his music and together they make a good morning for me.
I send you sweet kisses and great big hugs of loving warmth,
I wish you were here to give them directly my dear.

I can't wait and long for the days when
I will wake next to you smiling and say I love you dear.
You are the greatest blessing I've
ever received from God in the heavens.
You have completed me because were the piece that was missing.
I smile and feel warmth as I think of it
but there is also heaviness because of the waiting,
but I feel your love strongly and know
that our time is soon coming and because of
and for you my heart will keep beating
and through it all I will keep on fighting
because I just so want to be with my darling Angel.

So as this day now begins to go I want
to tell you I love you with all of my
heart, mind, body, and soul and will be
standing beside you for all time.
Feel me beside you as you go through this day
as I will be with you step by step hand in hand,
i will never leave or abandon you I so swear.
Have a good day and may God richly bless you
and remember that your Michael is here always
and so deeply cares for, adores and loves you
to no end in every way that there is.
