The Poem Unknown - Poem by Rosemary Cormican

I will cry and feel the pain
Never more to have regained
All I thought and all I felt
In your hands, my heart to melt
To be free, to be gifted
To have wings, therefore lifted
Only dreams, only lies
Only hopes, only cries
All I wanted, fell apart
All I ached, burned my heart
All I reached to not be felt
All the nights I all but knelt
Please, someone, save me now
To return the love, I here do vow
Feel my weak and pity strength
The river of tears at such great length
The time is soon, I fear to say
My soul unleashed this glorious day
Hold dear the past unrelenting
Go live on the future pending
