The Sound Of Musings Part Xi - Poem by Joseph Wilford

My throat hurts
There's a pain in my ankle
The cafe has run out of French Roast-again
Starbucks and Duane Reade have overtaken Manhattan
I don't have nearly enough time to read
Even less to write

Nobody is going to keep me down
I'll find a way to tell the story

Somebody has to
