To Danielle - Poem by jerica cleveland

You have been so true,
How would I get by without you?
You keep my head high,
I feel like I can touch the sky,
You are my best friend,
You have helped me through lows and highs,
and ' coaster rides,
You have helped me with boys,
and NEVER complained about what I wanted to do,
You are like the Sun,
You provide me with energy,
You understand me,
I have told you all of my secrets,
You are all about fun,
but you know how to be serious when the time comes,
You are my best friend,
'Til the very, very end...
