Tea Wall

True Love - Poem by Tea Wall

my quiet valley of heart
no echo of your voice
or sleep for a while?

don't put on a look shocked
in observing the air strange
or the smell changed
or the chirping of the crickets
or this sweet darkness

sure, you've been to my valley
no ogle
nor some enticing fresh rose
more than a single eye contact
more eloquence
you in me
i'm holding you
