Don't Shake I Hate To See You Tremble
When Will You Return?
Poem by Don't Shake I Hate To See You Tremble
Wherefore, I ask, art thou now?
Sleepless nights spent in your wake;
I move akin to clockwork,
E’er in motion, getting to nowhere,
Awaiting the turn of eternity,
‘Pon yonder stable faith,
When thou might come to me,
To find, at last, ecstasy complete.
And in such loving sentiment,
I bid thee only this;
Return afore my time expends,
Lest I fall, with only echoes in empery
