Where Do We Stand? - Poem by Lux Fayt

Where do we stand?
After all that time and
secrets and lies.
They will haunt me
Your fuming rage.
Your rage towards me.
The messages about me,
yes, I saw them,
The messages about me.
The feelings you had for
me are gone, if there
was even any at all,
and are replaced with
anger and hate.
So, I need to let you kno now.
You can do what you want
to me.
Yell at me.
Embarrass me.
Gossip about me.
Call me names.
But nothing you do to me
can break me.
So tell me now.
Where do we stand?
