Winged Angel - Poem by Aster verschoren

Black flames surround him as she, the winged angel, strikes down on earth
without her knowledge, in his mind questions burn
Is my soul the sister of an angel's?
Am I, a poet who has only seen 15 winters chosen to experience the splendour of such beeing?
Is she here of free will, or with a quest?
unaswered is the unasked, so trough poetry, he questions

The answers will bring him relief or sorrow, as the web of his emotions shall see glory in bloom or devastation of fire untill nothingness
