Dilantha Gunawardana

Woman - Poem by Dilantha Gunawardana

We see the beautiful face
And the generous bosoms
We see the long lithe stems
And the curved rear
We see the slender black tresses
And the ruby lip gloss
We see the rounded hips
And the puppy tummy fat
We see every minor detail of form
Of a graceful gender
Except her heart’s grace
