Words Left Unspoken - Poem by Nichole Hoehn

Every word I speak
Every thought that I think
Everything I apply to this
Seems to always be dead or ruined
Every laugh that I chuckle
Everything that I do
It seems like its wrong
The visions are blue
They think I don’t understand
They think I have no clue
They think I am stupid
And that I’m just rude
But I know deep inside
Every word that they say
But I keep it silent
So it makes no dismay
