Fire Hydrant Poem by james watkin

Fire Hydrant

Will you, wont you
Do your duty
When smoke cues you
Roadside cutety?

When smoke cues you
To ready jump
Homes, hill-dug in
Shudder not; slump.

Homes, hill-dug in
Chimney-top dreams
Hung from the ends
Of puffed skied gleams.
