Longing for a hand to hold, a shoulder to cry,
Upon ceasing to believe, someone to help me fly.
To You I turned when I most needed a friend,
Emitting the brightest light, You loved me without end.

Existing was this love from the beginning of creation,
But this I failed to realize as I prayed with hesitation.
Persistent You were in teaching me, so that I won’t stray,
Yet I ignored You, from Your Word I turned away.

There were times I nearly drowned in frustration
This You knew, and tried to diminish my aggravation
Overpowered by my ignorance I regret I didn’t see,
That by knowing You, saved from troubles I would be!

Omnipresent You are, through Your creation, this You made me see,
You assured me if I need comfort, just open my arms and there You’ll be
Hearing these words enabled me to slow down and think,
I realized that living without You, down I will surely sink

In my heart, in my soul, steadfast faith I now have for You,
To Your feet, devoted I am and You, I trust in all that I do.
During trials You welcome me with your warm embrace
You made me believe that I will win no matter what I face.

You released this confused self that was once mine,
You freed my soul helping me to see how I truly shine.
My only true, eternal relationship lies with ONLY You,
In birth and death, You’re the one who’ll get me through.
Bless! !

the friendship when blazons the light divine
the heart revels by the feeling of universe own
mind never be tired lonesome drifting along the deep sea
belief seems to be bedazzled by the strength of trust
there lies the soul raving up with love eternal by never be lost by the total acceptance when latching on to the gleams being enlightened across the soul as deep and divine. yet it tunes the luscious green fountain still cascading at rungs of color, well penned,10+, thanks for sharing
