~i'Ve Got What Noone Does~ - Poem by Maha Moustafa
Have you ever seen a day brightened without a sun?
Well, mine is
Have you ever heard an unspoken voice?
Well, I have an echo
Have you ever seen a picture that was never drawn?
It's drawn in my eyes
Have you ever waited so eager, yet patient?
Have you ever had your strength from someone that weakens you?
I've got it
If my words could describe what I've got, I'd write dozens of papers, but unfortunately everything I feel could just be...
seen in my eyes while fading with the stars,
heard in my shrugged voice when words are spoken,
in the way I sway all day on my lyrics.
My heart is full, yet to be holding more Love.
My favorite scene is when I'm here sitting alone, in the natural beauty of the green garden with the trees and lilies, blowing air with a sun that rises announcing the start of a new day with the music that slowly plays rhyming with my words.
At night, it's me standing up high, looking at the stars seeing a dream in each star, while my truest dream of mine lies in the moon.
in between, I'm working really hard to deserve my dreams, holding my thought, stopping my mind from bursting and controlling my violence.
This world -to me- is too small and easy, failing it by being silly is unreasonable.
Getting out of ourselves and looking at everything around, putting ourselves in people's shoes, is not that hard.
I just live the moment, with no base, as if it's always my first and last to leave an impression of myself to me...what other people think of you is non of your business.
That's how I've got it all, we may not realize how much we really own, but I do now and appreciate it.
Love really matters and fills every hole in your soul and heart with every goodness..
