I Was Wrong - Poem by Haley Willard

I thought love would be great, I was wrong.
I thought I would never be in pain, I was wrong.
I thought you were the best thing ever, I was wrong.
Oh how wrong I was.
I thought I was happy, I was wrong.
I thought I could fool him, I was wrong.

I thought we would be together for along time, I Was wrong.
I thought I was doing everything right, but I was wrong.
Oh how wrong I was
