Praying For Humanity. - Poem by Mooshelle Peters

Slender beams of moonlight enter,
This darkened church as we kneel
Always fearful, always lost
Frozen here,
Waiting,
Tortured forms wrought in panes of glass
As dust dances in the dark
Forming an image in my mind
Penetrating my naked eyes
Tears on humanities face
I raise my head crying out for
This uncaring
Salvation.
