Quest - Poem by Caden Talbot

I was astonished
By the darkness in this place
We would've all been goners
If I hadn't whipped it back into shape
At first I missed
It wasn't that easy
My life is like a list
It isn't really that cheesy
I tried to get it
but I never really did
Then, suddenly, my mind opened up
like someone lifted it's lid
I snuck around a corner
then launched a surprise attack
I grabbed what I wanted (the happiness)
and started on my way back
