The Edge Of Nothingness - Poem by Clara Odelia Ciutara

Walking in the road of nothingness
To see the end of nothingness
To see another person
To see colors but black and white

But,
This fourteen years nothingness
Have never gone from my life
And ‘till now I couldn’t see the edge
Or the light signing a sunny day

May be I was
Born alone
And fated to walk in this nothingness
In the road without an end

Maybe I am
Meant to die alone
Without anybody ever knowing me
‘cause my whole life is spent in this nothingness

I don’t want that thing
I want to have a friend
I want to live a life
I want to see the sun

But will I?
Cause I just keep on walking
Never wishing for what I want
I think I will die in this nothingness road
Without ever seeing even its edge

no... don't think that way... poets are meant to be happy and at peace with God and life...

but i love the following lines:

    'I don’t want that thing
I want to have a friend
I want to live a life
I want to see the sun'...

    keep it up!
