Matthew Sharp

You Are - Poem by Matthew Sharp

i want to touch your electrocution one more time
sew my eyelids for safety
for what i see is not sight
but mind under matter

the character shifts for your comfort
as never before
steadfast and insulting truth

your beyond my touch but not my sight

you invoke me over the cliff
my spine scales the edges
as i evolve to your suit
