Limerick-The Eagle - Poem by Loke Kok yee

There was this eagle quite silly
Tried to catch a deer rather heavy
He heaved and he ho
But it was a no go
The deer just ran along merrily

i think the bird is on steroids! or thinks she is. maybe they are 'just playing'? but it's not fair to pick on (or pick up) a three-legged deer!

i especially enjoyed he ho/no go
