Love Hymn 11 - Poem by Harish Meenashru1

What is
this deep touch? -
maybe, a corrupt form of distance

The arms extended for embrace
add a little more space into the space

The kiss
creates a delightful design of
the void of our own lips

the quiet midnight gets disturbed
even with the gestures like moon or moonlight
with the voice trembling
you are trying to admit love
whereas I go on loving

This ruddy-geese-pair
the moment of mating
proves them solitaire
