Bruises - Poem by Lindsey Fowler

Scream at her
Let her go
No one notices
No one knows
silenced by night
Soothed by the dark
No one can sleep
With a broken heart
Kindly she stands there
Angry in pain
She cant let it show
She cant bare the pain
Her father he loves her
Deep down inside
But his feelings of hurt show
In the bruises they cant hide
