Five Vertices For A Triangle. - Poem by Palas Kumar Ray
It's a silly point, afloat
within a triangle
my mind these days.
An ethereal affair
I don't know
love or war, goes on
in between three vertices.
More I come closer
to a vertex, it shows
more real to me
when others look faded.
Now it seems
the time has ripened
for a vertex destined
to come and join hands
to shape it to a rectangle.
Maybe at last, a pentagon
shall finally work to bring
peace in chaotic hearts.
Getting converted
into the fifth vertex
maybe, my fate, I guess.
