Flower Of Joy - Poem by Seema Chowdhury

Life is a gift
Wrapped in pain
So spend not this
Just in vain

For sun that sets
Will rise again
So don't lose hope
Look for the fain

For life has sides
Both dim and bright
And it has things
That're some tight

So don't feel left
Out at night
Just hang in there
With a hope bright

And know that surely
Will come a day
When life will have
Sunshines ray

And everywhere will
Come in the way
the flowers of joy
Forever to stay.

The poem's message as I understood it is beautiful, but your wording was a little confusing to me. Writing in a foreign language (one that's not your mother tongue) can be very difficult, and sometimes we fail to express ourselves in it as we desire. Don't worry about it, and keep writing. :) (Report) Reply
