Love To Me: - Poem by Jensen Lowe

Love is to me:

Esoteric. Hermetic. Inscrutable. Deprivational. Peaceful. Anarchic. Catharsis. Platitudinous. Patient. Sincere. Enigmatic. Impertinent. Impulsive. Illusive. Illustrious. zephyrean. Striking. Obscure. vivacious. ebullient. Zestful. intangible. Palpable. excruciating. Fierce. Selfless. Vain. Deceptive. Unfeigned. Inspirational. Vexing. Overpowering. stupefying. Incomparable. Exceptional. Enticing. Zingering. Pungent.

As is that to me today.

May this day wilt forever,
for me this day will be a bad endeavour.

To see this truly be,
what many have perceived for me to see.

Can it fill my heart with joy?
Or play with it as though it's just a toy?

Can my Love be shared truthfully?
Or be devoured by despicability?

I give my heart to many,
to receive a mere penny.

I shall keep on to holding to love,
it is all worth it before I go above.

The zestful, palpable and sincere nature,
is comparable to all it's danger.

So this day; the all and all for love...

Promises made have been hung in treason.
just like all things in the cold season...

We had such intentions...
All broken now and beyond my attentions.

Forget the Love of the liars;
for only hate, treason and evil can be found.

Love as love is loving;
Find a bond that is profound.

Be careful of those that care for you;
for they can still break in you in two.

As is love is not loving unless lovers love, as love is intended..
So deliver love to loveless and love less the love you lost once lost.

Poet's Notes about The Poem

Lost Loves and broken promises; demises and compromises delivered unto me is the inspiration. It is an experience of love based on what I've endured... and the Valentines theme of today has been... Contributory to this poem
