Not Feeling Well. I Need You. - Poem by Michael P. McParland
Sitting back here feeling not well.
Not well in so many ways my sweet Angel dove.
I got my flu shot and am feeling a bit queasy,
along with a small bit of Concerta
adding to my deep anxiety.
At least the Tramadol and Norco
heal that as much as possible.
I miss you so much and wish you were here
my dear darling sweetie.
About to lay back and I just want to snuggle,
to share sweet sweet kisses and let both our tears go.
To talk and feel comfort with our dear best friend,
to just feel at peace knowing all is okay.
To know that you truly love me as you
touch my face and look into my eyes
with your divine piercing eyes I so adore.
How my dear I truly love you so.
So as I lay back not feeling so well
I send you sweet kisses straight from my
deep loving heart, mind, and soul.
God bless you my precious pearl
and feel my arms so tightly around beautiful you.
You are adorable and the one I long for,
I'll be dreaming of you as I get feeling better my Queen.
