Peace - Poem by Thomas Dalledger

Run towards the sun
Scream out at the moon
Living life on the run
This time will end very soon

Fall on your knees
Look up at the sky
Cry out for Peace
To keep us alive

But Peace will not stay
It is fleeting at best
War will rule this day
And all of the rest

Still life will go on
I must try to survive
We must all sing our song
Until tomorrow arrives
