Scruff (Forum Louts) - Poem by Herbert Nehrlich 2
A dull man scream he's eager to order,
living close to the Mexican border,
what he gets is pure dreck
but he says what the heck
I could be a pathetic recorder.
How they strive to be published dear God,
it is silly, plumb crazy and odd,
reading some of their stuff
makes one loosen one's scruff
it is always the failing old rod.
