A Hope Of Smile - Poem by Seema Chowdhury

Whenever you think you're all alone
Whenever you feel very bad and torn

Whenever life seems empty from share
Whenever you think there's no one to care

Then just sit back and relax for a while
And think of all your past smiles

That gave you much fun and joy
And showed you new ways to enjoy

For life shows both ups and downs
So don't feel sad or ever brown

Just hang in there with a hope of smile
That covers with joy your path for a while.

    Those times of loneliness
    Great times to introspection
    Keeping the self very low.

    In that humble state
    Life teaches beautiful lessons
To those who keep hopes high.

    Enjoyed this read. Thank you.
